Any damage to the interior is not covered by the agreed insurance. If interior damage occurs, the lessee responsible for causing the damage will be charged the actual compensation amount corresponding to the cost of the repair work and service. In the event that the repair costs for any damage to the vehicle exceed €5,000, the lessee will be charged a deductible amounting to 20% of the total damage costs. Fees or any repair cost estimates are sent to the customer after the rental period has ended, no later than within 10 business days. An exception applies to non-drivable vehicles following a traffic accident, which will be transported to a service center immediately.
The list of common vehicle damages is not exhaustive, and Paylesscar reserves the right to amend the stated rates. The specified rates represent the financial value necessary to eliminate the depreciation caused by the damage to the vehicle. At the same time, the stated rates also represent the financial loss in the value of the vehicle caused by the specific damage/depreciation, to which Paylesscar is entitled even if the damage/depreciation is not repaired. Paylesscar reserves the right to repair the vehicle at a time that most efficiently minimizes the repair interval duration, ensuring the vehicle is out of operation for the shortest possible period. The customer has the right to request an immediate repair of the vehicle after the damage assessment. In such a case, the customer will be charged a parking fee amounting to 70% of the standard rental rate for the entire duration of the service interval and the vehicle’s downtime due to the repair of the damage.
VAT (23%) does not apply to co-participation or damages.
